Rental arrangements
Once you have let your property, you will have to ensure that everything goes smoothly. This is the only way to encourage repeat bookings and to ensure happy customers. Every detail is vital, from the directions to the deposit, from the cleanliness to the contact person. We can provide the following range of services:
Key holding
We can hold your keys in-between lets, and then arrange to be at the house to welcome guests on arrival and departure (we can also be there to take deliveries, have electricity meters read etc.).
Changeovers
We can take care of changeovers, seeing leaving guests out, checking the status of the property and returning the security deposit, ensuring that everything is set for the next set of guests, welcoming the new guests, showing them around the property, showing them how things work, answering any questions. We can also act as an "emergency" service, being on call throughout your guest's holiday, in case anything breaks down, or there is some other kind of problem.
Cleaning
The importance of cleaning cannot be overstated. It is essential that the property is thoroughly cleaned and all linen is changed between changeovers. W e can take care of the cleaning of your property. We can take care of laundry, and we can also clean during off-season period, or prior to your own arrival, (so that you don't arrive at 3 a.m. and have to start making up beds).
Maintenance
We will also perform all kinds of regular maintenance for you, for example checking that there are no leaks or pests, and we can also put on central heating in your absence if necessary (useful if you plan to visit or have guests in the winter and want to warm the property a few days in advance of arrival).
Garden/pool maintenance
We will water your garden in your absence, maintain the pool and carry out any landscaping or gardening work you require.
Inspections
We can carry out regular property inspections during the off-season months, checking for leaks etc., but also ensuring that the property is secure. This reduces the risk of burglary, because the property is not so obviously "empty".
