Our prices are quoted in Euros. Without seeing your house and knowing exactly what your requirements are it is difficult to quote a specific price. We have endeavoured to list below an accurate guide to how much our basic charges are.

Hourly rates

Cleaning fees: this will be dependant on whether your house is being prepared for new arrivals or you desire a weekly service during high season. Preparing a house typically takes 3 hours for large houses - if relatively clean and will cost €40-120. In addition we offer a comprehensive cleaning service especially useful on house opening and close of season occasions. We offer a laundry service and charge a supplement for this.

Pool and garden maintenance: €30-€50 a visit and usually weekly.

Minimum call out charge: €40 a visit for rental emergencies however this is waived if it can be sorted out easily on the telephone.

Year round maintenance: ranges from €30 to €120 week depending on what your specific requirements and objectives are.

Project estimates

Painting and decorating: approximately €15-25 hour

Plumbing, heating and electrics: approximately €30-45 hour

Carpentry and masonry: approximately €20-30 hour
